the Committee on Bioinformatics of the Section of Biological Sciences of MTA,
with the Committee on Microbiology of Section of Biological Sciences of MTA,
with the Committee on Molecular Biology, Genetics and Cell Biology of the Section of Biological Sciences of MTA,
with the Complex Committee on Food Science of the Section of Chemical Sciences of MTA,
with the Association for Innovative Agricultural Biotechnology and
with the Hungarian Bioinformatics Society and
the Association of Hungarian Biotechnology Students.

The aim of the conference is to provide a forum for young researchers, PhD and MSc students conducting biotechnology research in Hungary to present their research results in the form of a lecture or poster, and to promote the establishment and development of relationships and collaborations. Within the framework of the conference, we provide an opportunity for researchers and research candidates working in any field of biotechnology (animal, plant, microbial, food, pharmaceutical and medical biotechnology, bioinformatics) to present themselves.

Abstracts should be submitted in English. The summaries in English are published in a conference publication with an ISBN number, available in PDF format. The speakers will be selected by the Scientific Committee of the FIBOK2024 Conference from those who applied for oral presentation, based on the summaries submitted, the results of which will be notified by March 4, 2024.
Prizes will be awarded for the best oral and poster presentations.
Participation fee: HUF 20,000/person, which includes the costs of coffee breaks and the conference dinner.
Deadline for registration payment: March 22.
